What Types of Buildings and Projects Do You Take On?
We work on medium-sized commercial and institutional buildings: offices, condominiums, common areas, institutional garages, transit spaces, and government buildings.
Do You Work as a Subcontractor for General Contractors?
Yes. We regularly work as a subcontractor for general contractors. Our team integrates into your project schedule and coordinates its work with other trades.
How Does the Quote Process Work?
Contact us by phone or through the online form. We assess your project and provide you with a free quote. For any questions about timelines or process details, contact us directly.
Are Your Workers CCQ Members?
Yes. Our workforce comes from the CCQ (Commission de la construction du Québec) workforce pool.
Are You Insured?
Yes. Innovation Peinture Montréal holds liability insurance for all its projects.
What Are Your Professional Affiliations?
We are affiliated with the AECQ, the CCQ, the APCHQ, and the CNESST, and hold our RBQ licence.
Which Regions Do You Serve?
We cover the Greater Montreal Area within a 50 km radius: the Island of Montreal, Laval, the North Shore, the South Shore, and the Laurentians. We travel when the volume of the contract justifies it.
Is Exterior Painting Available Year-Round?
No. Commercial exterior painting work is available from May to October only, due to Quebec's climate conditions. We recommend planning your work at the beginning of the season.
What Services Do You Not Offer?
We do not offer the following services: parking lot line marking and signage, wrought iron work, staining, masonry repair, or structural exterior surface repairs.
